Olive and Thyme Catering was founded by husband and wife team Ilias and Renee Patsiaouras in 2016. The business was born after self catering their daughter’s christening and first birthday, and seeing a gap in the market for superior quality handmade food that is beautifully presented and tastes just like homemade should.
Together they started with a small menu of items, and within the first week of advertising on social media, they were fully booked for the following two months. This inspired them to grow their menu, test and perfect different recipes, and expand their product offering. Many of the recipes used in the Olive and Thyme kitchen are third generation recipes, and ones that were used in Ilias family restaurant in Germany.
Olive and Thyme Catering have catered for some of the world’s best brands including Nike, Penfolds, Electrolux, BMW, Miele, Samsung, Volkswagen, Amazon,Volvo, Puma and McDonalds, and a list of celebrity clients to match.
Olive and Thyme have a State of the Art commercial kitchen factiliy in Clayton South and can cater up to 2000 people, from large events such as weddings and corporate functions, to private events at homes and community halls. We look forward to catering your next event!
